Warranty Terms

At K9Force, we’re committed to quality. That’s why we accept exchanges or returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the product has not been altered or used improperly.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications

• Breakage from use beyond the product’s intended purpose
